The professional corporation law of Kansas shall not affect any law, duty, right or privilege arising out of or applicable to the relationship between a person rendering professional services and a person receiving those services, including, but not limited to, liability or privilege arising out of the professional services. All rights and obligations pertaining to communications made to, or information received by any qualified person, or such person's advice thereon, shall be extended to the professional corporation of which such person is a shareholder or employee, and to the corporation's officers and employees.
