Kan. Stat. Ann. § 17-2365 (2026).
Text
The provisions of this act shall be controlling, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law of this state, city charter or local ordinance. Any action of a city or the governing body thereof in carrying out the purposes of this act, whether by resolution, ordinance or otherwise, shall be deemed administrative in character, and no public notice or publication need be made with respect to such action taken.
