§ 17-2241 — Appeals

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 22 STATE CREDIT UNION CODE
An appeal from any final or nonfinal action of the administrator by any person with standing as defined in K.S.A. 77-611, and amendments thereto, shall be governed by the provisions of K.S.A. 77-601 through 77-627, and amendments thereto.
