Kansas Statutes
§ 17-2238 — Continuity of previously organized credit unions
This act shall not be construed to disturb the continuing existence of any credit union heretofore chartered and existing under the law of this state, and all credit unions heretofore organized and existing under the law of this state shall be governed and controlled by the provisions of this act.
