Text
On July 1, 1968, all the jurisdiction, authority, powers and duties now conferred and imposed by law upon the bank commissioner in relation to the management, control, regulation and general supervision of credit unions, are hereby transferred to, conferred and imposed upon the credit union council and the administrator. The books, records, documents, equipment and supplies of the bank commissioner relating to credit unions shall be transferred to the credit union department.
