§ 17-2038 — nvalidity of part
I nvalidity of part. If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this act is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect the constitutionality or validity of the remaining portion or portions of this act.
