Text
A pplicability of general corporate laws. Business trusts shall be subject to all applicable provisions of law, now in effect or hereinafter enacted, relating to domestic and foreign corporations, respectively, with regard to the issuance of securities, filing of required statements and reports, service of process, general grants of power to act and to sue or be sued, limitations upon individual liability of stockholders, and rights to acquire, mortgage, sell, lease, operate, and otherwise deal in or with real and personal property, except to the extent that such provisions of law are inconsistent with the specific provisions of this act.
