Text
A mendments to trust instruments; filing fees. The trust instrument by which the business trust was created may be amended in the manner specified therein or in such manner as is valid under the common law applicable to business trusts, except that no such amendment adopted subsequent to the preliminary filings required by K.S.A. 17-2030, and amendments thereto, shall be legally effective in this state until an executed copy thereof has been filed in the office of the secretary of state, accompanied by a fee of $20.
