§ 17-2031 — iling fees

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 20 TRUST COMPANIES AND BUSINESS TRUSTS
F iling fees. At the time of filing the instruments required by K.S.A. 17-2030, the business trust shall pay to the secretary of state a filing fee of fifty dollars ($50).
