Text

Any telegraph company, or any manager, agent or employee thereof, who shall fail or neglect to keep said station open or deliver messages as provided for in K.S.A. 17-1912 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months.
