Text

That every telegraph company or other corporation operating a telegraph line through the corporate limits of any county seat in Kansas is hereby required to establish and maintain a telegraph station at such county seat, with the usual facilities and appointments for the convenience of the public in sending telegrams during the business hours of each day.
