§ 17-1908 — Interference with lines; penalty

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 19 TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE AND OTHER TRANSMISSION LINES
Any person who shall unlawfully and willfully cut, break, tap or make connection with any telegraph, telephone line or electric transmission line, wire or cable shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
