§ 17-1772 — Reciprocal agreements

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 17 RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS
(a)The attorney general may enter into reciprocal agreements relating to the charitable organizations and solicitations act with a like authority of any other state or states for the purpose of exchanging information made available to the attorney general or to such other like authority.
(b)All reciprocal agreements entered into by the secretary of state relating to the charitable organizations and solicitations act that are in effect on June 30, 2021, shall be deemed to be reciprocal agreements entered into by the attorney general and shall continue to be effective until amended, revoked or nullified pursuant to law.
