Text
Except for charitable organizations which are exempted under K.S.A. 17-1762, no charitable organization shall solicit funds in this state, nor employ a professional fund raiser or professional solicitor to solicit funds in this state, for any charitable purpose unless such charitable organization, and each professional fund raiser or professional solicitor employed by such charitable organization have filed all registrations and reports required by K.S.A. 17-1763, 17-1764 and 17-1765.
