§ 17-1625 — Application and recording fee

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 16 COOPERATIVE MARKETING
At the time of filing its articles of incorporation, an association organized hereunder shall pay the fees required by subsection (a) of K.S.A. 17-7502.
