Text
Any mututal telephone company organized prior to 1915 under the provisions of chapter 116* of the Session Laws of 1887 may make disposition of its property and assets on such terms and conditions and for such considerations as may be agreed upon and may provide for its dissolution in the manner as provided in this act.
