Text
Whenever any cemetery district shall be disorganized under the provisions of this act* and the territory thereof annexed to another district, all books, records, papers, moneys, funds in the hands of the county treasurer or levies outstanding, and property, both real and personal, shall be transferred to the custody of the secretary-treasurer of the cemetery district to which such territory has been annexed. The title to all such property shall vest in the district as the same is constituted from and after the date of such annexation.
