Text
Any cemetery district organized under the provisions of K.S.A. 17-1330 et seq., and amendments thereto, may be disorganized and the territory thereof annexed to another cemetery district located within the same county in the manner hereinafter provided. Both contiguous and noncontiguous territory may be annexed under the provisions of this act*.
