After service, as provided in the preceding section, has been made, a hearing shall be had by said district court, to determine whether such cemetery district should be dissolved, and the property rights of persons living or dead either owning cemetery lots in said cemetery, or buried therein, shall be dissolved and set aside, and, whether it would be to the best interests of all parties concerned for said bodies to be disinterred from said cemetery and reburied in another cemetery or cemeteries.
