Text
Such petition shall be heard immediately by such district court, and if the district court shall find that the facts specifically set out in K.S.A. 17-1350 exist, the court shall direct that process be issued in said action notifying all persons owning lots or places of burial in such cemetery, as far as can be determined from the records of such cemetery district, of the intention of the cemetery district to request the dissolution of such cemetery district, such process to be issued by personal service or by publication service in accordance with sections 60-2525 to 60-2527, both sections inclusive, of the General Statutes Supplement of 1951.
