Within 30 days after such order is entered by the board of county commissioners, as above provided, it is hereby made the duty of the township trustee of the township in which township lies the greatest portion of territory comprising such cemetery district, to call a meeting of the qualified electors of such cemetery district in the manner hereinafter provided, for the purpose of organizing such cemetery district into an association and for the election of five directors who shall have authority to provide for the caring and maintaining of such cemetery hereinafter provided for, and who shall hold their office until the next regular meeting of such cemetery association.
