§ 12-5241 — Citation of act

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 52 LOCAL RESIDENTIAL HOUSING

The provisions of K.S.A. 12-5241 through 12-5256, and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 12-5244a, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas reinvestment housing incentive district act.
