Text
(a)The authority shall study the need for and
feasibility of constructing a new toll road under IC 8-15-2 or a new toll
bridge under IC 8-16-1 only after receiving the approval of the
commissioner of the Indiana department of transportation.
(b)If a study conducted under IC 8-15-2-20 indicates that a toll road
project would have a substantial and positive impact, the authority shall
recommend to the commissioner of the Indiana department of
transportation that the toll road project be initiated.
