§ 8-1-1-15 — Implementing rules; duration

Indiana·Art. 1 UTILITIES GENERALLY·Ch. 1 Utility Regulatory Commission
A rule that the commission adopts under section 3(g) of this chapter that is necessary to implement a state or federal statute, rule, or regulation is void sixty-one (61) days after the expiration of that statute, rule, or regulation, unless the commission makes a written finding prior to the sixty-first day that it is necessary to retain the rule.
