Text
Any person, firm, or corporation, or lessee or
receiver of any person, firm, or corporation owning or operating any
line or lines of steam railroad in this state who shall violate any of the
provisions of this chapter shall forfeit and pay to the state of Indiana
the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) for each and every offense, and
each and every day that the violation of any of the provisions of this
chapter shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate and
distinct offense.
