§ 8-9-8-1 — Passing examination of flagging rules; violation

It is a Class C infraction for a steam railroad company to permit any foreman or person having charge of sectionmen employed for the purpose of building, constructing, and repairing railroad tracks to operate with the sectionmen outside of yard limits without the foreman or person having two (2) persons in the section who are capable of passing the examination of flagging rules of the company.
