It is a Class C infraction for an agent, officer, or employee of any person engaged in the operation of railroad trains by steam power to be or become intoxicated while in the performance of his duties or to operate any such train or give orders or directions for the operation of any such train contrary to the printed rules of his company required by section 1 of this chapter.
