§ 8-8-3-4 — Rebuilding or reconstruction

Whenever a locomotive engine is sent to the shops of the railroad company operating the locomotive engine to be rebuilt or reconstructed, the locomotive engine shall be rebuilt or reconstructed so as to comply with this chapter. The Indiana department of transportation may exempt a company from complying with this chapter. Formerly: Acts 1913, c.291, s.4.
