§ 8-8-3-2 — Enforcement orders

Indiana·Art. 8 RAILROAD EQUIPMENT·Ch. 3 Railroad Locomotives

If, after investigation, it is found that the engines
are not constructed and operated as set out in section 1 of this chapter,
the Indiana department of transportation may make and enforce against
the railroad companies an order or orders as necessary to require the
equipment of the locomotive engines to comply with section 1 of this
chapter.
