§ 8-6-5-2 — Failure to employ; forfeiture
Should said railroad corporation neglect or refuse
to comply with said order, they shall forfeit and pay to the state of
Indiana not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one
thousand dollars ($1,000).
