Text

No part of any of the funds raised by the city or received by the city under this chapter may be expended, except upon warrants drawn by the city controller or clerk-treasurer upon vouchers of the board. No appropriation in any form is necessary, but all funds arising under this chapter are appropriated to the respective purposes named in this chapter, and are under the control of the board, and the board may expend the funds for the purposes stated in this chapter.
