Text
(a)The following are eligible to receive a grant
under this chapter:
(1)A state agency.
(2)A political subdivision.
(3)A nonprofit organization.
(b)The following may not receive a grant under this chapter:
(1)A private trail project.
(2)A project for a private purpose.
(3)A private business.
(4)A developer.
