Text

"Recreational trail" means a trail or path that:

(1)includes a corridor along any part of its length;
(2)is intended to be used for:
(A)bicycling;
(B)exercising;
(C)hiking;
(D)running;
(E)riding:
(i)in or on a vehicle of any kind, regardless of the means of propelling the vehicle; or
(ii)on any animal;
(F)walking; or
(G)any other recreational purpose; and
(3)is funded through the recreational trails program under IC 8-4.5-5. However, the term does not include a highway, road, or street (as defined in IC 8-23-1-23).
