§ 8-4-6-1 — Resolution

Indiana·Art. 4 ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF·Ch. 6 Changing Names of Railroads
Railroad companies desiring so to do may change their name by resolution of their boards of directors duly entered upon their records, and, in so doing, may adopt such name as may be agreed upon by the board. Formerly: Acts 1853, c.83, s.1. As amended by P.L.3-1989, SEC.62.
