§ 8-4-20-2 — Ratification

Indiana·Art. 4 ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF·Ch. 20 Contracts Between Connecting Railroads
All contracts heretofore made in good faith between railroad companies organized under the laws of this state, acting by their respective boards of directors, by which the locomotives and trains of one (1) railroad company, for the transportation of freight and passengers, are to be run and operated over the track and road of another railroad company, are hereby ratified and made legal.
