§ 8-3-7-1 — Time for cutting
All railroad corporations doing business in this
state shall, between July 1 and August 20 in each year, destroy
detrimental plants (as defined in IC 15-16-8-1), noxious weeds, and
rank vegetation growing on lands occupied by them.
