Text
It is a Class C infraction for a person to make any
false entry in the record provided for in section 6 of this chapter, or to
alter, change, or mutilate any entry made in the record, without notice
to and with the consent of the other party interested in the record. It is
a Class C infraction for a person to record in such a record a demand
for cars not required, or for more cars than are required, or to duplicate
any demand for cars previously ordered and not then furnished.
