§ 8-3-2-16 — Partial invalidity of law
In case any of the provisions of this chapter
shall be held invalid, such fact shall not operate to make invalid any
other portion of the chapter, and the portions of this chapter not
adjudged to be invalid shall be observed and enforced the same as
though the invalid portion had not been enacted.
