§ 8-3-13-2 — Construction and maintenance; charter powers
The powers of the charter of any railroad
company constructing such branch in relation to the entering upon and
taking possession of and acquiring title to any ground and materials
necessary in the construction and maintenance of such road, shall be,
and the same are hereby, extended to the construction and maintenance
of any such branch road.
