If the department determines that the right-of-way of a railroad which intersects or crosses a public highway or street is abandoned, any unit of government may resurface that intersection or crossing. As added by Acts 1982, P.L.75, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.384-1987(ss), SEC.32.
