§ 8-25-1-4 — "Eligible county"
"Eligible county" means one (1) or more of the following counties:
(1)Delaware County.
(2)Hamilton County.
(3)Hancock County.
(4)Hendricks County.
(5)Johnson County.
(6)Madison County.
(7)Marion County.
