§ 8-25-1-3 — "Bonds"
"Bonds" means, except as otherwise provided,
bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness. The term includes
obligations (as defined in IC 8-9.5-9-3) and swap agreements (as
defined in IC 8-9.5-9-4).
