Text
It is a Class C infraction for a person that
submits a proposal under this chapter to make a false statement
regarding the financial worth of the person in a proposal or other
written instrument filed by the person with the department under this
chapter or rules adopted under this chapter. A person that violates this
section is disqualified from submitting bids on contracts advertised for
letting by the department for a period of two (2) years following the
date of conviction.
