Text
As used in this chapter, "CMGC" or "construction manager general contractor" means a person that is awarded a two-phase contract for a project and is responsible for providing:
(1)preconstruction services under phase one; and
(2)if a price agreement is reached, construction services under
phase two;
of the contract.
