§ 8-23-9-6 — Spending limit when no satisfactory proposal received
The commissioner may not expend more than
eighty-five percent (85%) of the amount of the lowest and best proposal
submitted for the kind of improvement proposed to be made when
acting under section 5 of this chapter.
