§ 8-23-9-50 — Use of prison labor in preparation and manufacturing of road materials
The department, with the approval of the
governor, may enter into an agreement with the authorities of any of the
penal institutions of the state, county, or city for the use of prison labor
in the preparation and manufacturing of road materials.
