Text
Upon the filing of a petition under section 40
of this chapter, the utility regulatory commission has and shall exercise
all of the powers and authority conferred upon it by IC 8-6-1. A
railroad, interurban street railroad, or suburban street railroad whose
tracks are involved in a crossing has all the rights conferred by and is
subject to all the duties imposed by IC 8-6-1.
