§ 8-23-9-27 — Claims against contractors; mailing of copies
A claim under section 26 of this chapter must
be filed in triplicate, and the department shall send a copy by certified
mail to the contractor and to the surety on the bond of the contractor.
The failure to mail copies to the contractor and surety does not affect
the validity of a claim.
