Text
An order issued under section 22 or 23 of this chapter does not become effective until:
(1)all conditions in the order are satisfied; and
(2)all conditions in an agreement relating to a state highway that
is the subject of an order under section 22 or 23 of this chapter
entered into by the Secretary, acting by and through the federal
highway administrator, and the state, acting by and through the
department or the authority, are satisfied or waived.
