Text
Whenever the department determines that because of:
(1)a change in location of a state highway; or
(2)any other reason;
a parcel of real property owned by the department, or in which the
department has rights or an easement, will not be needed, the
department may exchange the parcel of property, the rights in the
property, or easement in the property for a parcel of property, rights in
a property, or an easement in a property, which the department
determines is needed.
